The C.R.M. Compositi is organized in accordace with the following Organizational and Functional Chart. The responsibility to conduct the Quality Assurance Program is assigned to a Management Engineer who acts for the Management of the Company. The C.R.M. products are characterized by an high percentage of handicraft and this may cause some difficulties on this sector, particulary innovative, when seeking for specialized and formed personnel. The organization makes every effort to educate and prepare the operators through the spreading of know how to all levels by utilizing from one side, mechanisms of formation and training such as learning by doing, placing side by side, cross-training, taking so the advantages of the owner’s knowledge and experience and, on the other side, the company puts at disposal formal documents of support as the manufacturing processes, assembling cards or diagrams, working schedules and others, which guide the operators in the performance of the fabrication operations. This aspect represents a fundamental lever for the growing of the company;

infact, realizing work orders of a certain entity, it is mandatory to transmit to the operating personnel the capability of performing all those operations aimed to the realization of various products. This allows the operators to have a “ Global “ vision of all in house activities and, the company to avail itself of the personnel flexibility in order to manage the work orders to the best. For reasons given above and being aware of the importance to endow the company of instruments of guidance and quality control, the C.R.M. Compositi developed a Quality Management System of which plans to obtain the UNI EN ISO 9001:2000 certification. A such system is currently in use by all activities and widely described in the “Quality Manual” together with the relative operating procedures and appropriated blank forms. Inspections, tests and measurements, retained mandatory by the company, are conducted for all finished products in order to point out real evidence of quality and conformity to the client requirements.
