In this sector, the C.R.M. Compositi is devoted to the realization of structural parts and components for Motorcross bikes, primarily for the racing teams participating to the International competitions MX1 and MX2. Among various products, are in evidence fuel tanks standard size and oversize, airfilter rear subframes, ignition carters, chain guides, front fork protections and engine guards. For racing cars, the company realizes spoilers in carbon fibre. It has been realized a frame for motorcross bike entirely built in carbon fibre in one single mold, in order to eliminate welding, bolting and/or glueing. At the present, the frame in under the qualification process by conducting trails on racing tracks and performing on rig test all required verifications through the wearing & abrasion test, resistance to torsion stress, compressive stress and crushing test.
